Refund policy

At Tiger & Lotus, we take pride in offering handcrafted and carefully curated products. As most of our items are made in small batches, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges and store credits are only available on case by case basis, under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Exchange or Store credits

  • Exchanges or store credits are only granted for items with manufacturing defects (not caused by shipping).

  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item by emailing hello@tigerandlotus.com or contacting us via WhatsApp.

  • Customers must provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect for review.

  • Items must be returned to us at the customer’s own cost, and are subject to inspection and approval.

Conditions for Return

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Customers must obtain prior approval before returning items. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Sale items

  • Personal care and wellness products

  • Any other items marked as “final sale”

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the same product is no longer available, a store credit will be issued instead.

Store Credits

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Store credits may be used online or in-store and are not exchangeable for cash.

Shipping Damages

Tiger & Lotus is not responsible for damages caused during shipping.
