Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
Tiger & Lotus currently ships within Singapore only. For international orders, please contact us directly at hello@tigerandlotus.com.
Delivery Fees
- Orders of SGD 200 and above qualify for free delivery.
- Orders below SGD 200 will incur a flat delivery fee of SGD 20.
- Bulky or fragile items (e.g., large furniture, oversized décor, items requiring special handling) are subject to a separate delivery fee, which will be advised to the customer before order confirmation.
Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Orders are typically processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, delivery usually takes an additional 2–3 working days, depending on the delivery partner.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only. Tiger & Lotus is not liable for delays caused by delivery partners, traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers may also choose store pickup at our Joo Chiat store:

Daily, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
You will be notified once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for confirmation before coming to the store.
Failed Delivery & Redelivery
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the customer will bear the cost of redelivery.
- For store pickups, orders not collected within 7 days of notification will be considered forfeited and disposed of without refund.
Returns & Exchange
For returns and exchanges, shipping fees are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
